About
Prescription copay help, without the runaround.
RxCopays is a free navigation platform for patients and caregivers dealing with expensive and specialty prescription drugs. Copay cards, patient assistance programs, travel grants, and prior-authorization coverage rules — all in one place, all cross-checked against primary sources.

Who we serve
Anyone facing high out-of-pocket costs for prescription drugs — not just rare diseases. Patients on specialty biologics, oncology agents, brand-name drugs with no generic, and drugs requiring prior authorization under Medicare Part D or commercial formularies.
For rare-disease-specific navigation (specialists, clinical trials, disease communities), see our sister site UniteRare.org.
Who builds RxCopays
RxCopays and UniteRare.org are operated by the same editorial team and share a single accuracy standard — every claim verified against a primary source, every outbound link re-checked on a schedule. We built them as two sites rather than one because drug-cost navigation and rare-disease navigation serve different patient journeys and different search intents. Nothing is cross-sold. Nothing is hidden.
Our accuracy policy applies to both sites. If a fact on one site contradicts the other, that's a bug — please tell us.
How we stay accurate
Every drug, grant, and PA entry is verified against a primary source before publishing. Drug identity from openFDA NDC Directory. Label data from NLM DailyMed. Copay URLs from manufacturer portals. PA rules from the CMS Public Use File (SPUF). Travel grants from individual charity organizations. We show the last-verified timestamp on every page. Details in our accuracy policy.
Free for patients, forever
RxCopays does not charge patients. We do not take referral commissions from manufacturers for outbound clicks to copay cards or PAPs. If we ever monetize (sponsored content, institutional licensing), it will be clearly disclosed and will never gate the core patient-facing data.
Feedback welcome.
