About MTL1 Leucoflex
Leucoflex MTL1 is a medical device manufactured by Macopharma, consisting of an integral filter system designed specifically for the leukoreduction of whole blood. It is used in blood banks and transfusion medicine to remove white blood cells from donated whole blood before processing it into components, thereby reducing the risk of leukocyte-associated complications such as febrile non-hemolytic transfusion reactions and viral transmission.
