The Assistance Fund
The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Financial Assistance Program provides financial aid for US citizens or permanent residents diagnosed with ALS who are prescribed an FDA-approved treatment with prescription coverage and meet financial eligibility criteria. It covers out-of-pocket expenses including prescription copays, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, and travel costs (ground/air transportation, meals, hotel stays) for treatment or physician visits. The program is currently accepting requests to join its enrollment waitlist.
