AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program

This program offers referrals through AstraZeneca Access 360 to independent charitable foundations that may provide transportation assistance. While AstraZeneca's own Patient Savings Programs focus on medication costs, they have no income requirements for eligible patients. Patients with federally funded insurance are ineligible for AstraZeneca's direct savings programs.
