The AZ US Patient Support offers medication assistance programs, primarily a savings card that reduces the cost of specific AstraZeneca inhalers to as little as $35 per 30-day supply for eligible uninsured or commercially insured patients. Another program, AZ&Me, assists uninsured patients or those with Medicare who meet Federal Poverty Level guidelines to access select medications. This grant is focused on prescription drug costs, not travel assistance.
