Blood Cancer United Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program

This program offers financial assistance for various travel expenses including ground transportation, tolls, gas, parking, car rental, car repairs/parts, flights, baggage fees, lodging, and ambulance services. To qualify, applicants must reside in the US or US territories, have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, and their income must be at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
