The Blood Cancer United Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program provides assistance for a wide range of travel expenses, including ground transportation, tolls, gas, parking, car rental, car services/repairs/parts, airfare, baggage fees, lodging, and ambulance services. To be eligible, applicants must have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, live in the US or US territories, and have an income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
