Bosulif Copay Card

The Bosulif Co-Pay Card is a financial assistance program provided by Pfizer for eligible, commercially insured patients taking BOSULIF (bosutinib). It helps patients pay as little as $0 a month for their prescription, with a maximum benefit of $9,450 per use. To qualify, patients must be 18 or older, live in the US or Puerto Rico, have private commercial insurance, and not be enrolled in federal or state prescription drug programs like Medicare or Medicaid, nor be cash-paying.
