CareConnectPSS Copay Assistance Program

The CareConnectPSS Copay Assistance Program assists eligible U.S. patients prescribed Fabrazyme by covering their out-of-pocket drug costs and certain infusion-related expenses, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. Patients whose costs are covered by state or federal healthcare programs are not eligible. The program explicitly does not cover transportation or other related services beyond drug and infusion expenses.
