Cometriq EASE

The Exelixis Access Services (EASE) program provides financial assistance for the medication COMETRIQ, not travel-related expenses. It offers a co-pay program for commercially insured patients and a patient assistance program for uninsured or underinsured patients who meet eligibility criteria and cannot afford their medicine.

Eligibility

The EASE program provides financial assistance for COMETRIQ to commercially insured patients who do not use government-funded insurance, as well as those who are uninsured. Eligible participants may receive the medication free of charge or at a reduced co-pay of as little as $0 per month.
