Cystinosis Financial Assistance Program - The Assistance Fund

The Cystinosis Financial Assistance Program, offered by The Assistance Fund, provides financial aid for out-of-pocket medical expenses, including prescription drugs, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, and travel costs (ground transportation, flights, meals, hotel) to treatment centers or specialists for patients with Cystinosis. To qualify, applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, diagnosed with Cystinosis, prescribed an FDA-approved treatment, have prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size. The program is currently accepting waitlist applications.
