The Assistance Fund
The Assistance Fund for NMOSD offers financial support to residents of the US and Puerto Rico with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder. The program helps cover out-of-pocket costs, insurance premiums, copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and incidental medical expenses for FDA-approved treatments (e.g., Soliris, Enspryng) and potentially off-label drugs. Eligibility is needs-based and requires commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid insurance.
