Gout Financial Assistance Program

This grant provides financial assistance for out-of-pocket costs including prescription drug copays, coinsurance, and deductibles on FDA-approved treatments, health insurance premiums, therapy administration costs, and ground transportation to treatment centers. To qualify, patients must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents diagnosed with gout, prescribed an FDA-approved treatment with prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size.
