HealthWell Foundation Dupuytren's Disease Fund

The HealthWell Foundation Dupuytren's Disease Fund provides financial assistance for prescription drug copayments and Medicare Part B insurance premiums related to Dupuytren's contracture treatment. To qualify, applicants must be treated for Dupuytren's Disease in the U.S., have health insurance that covers their medication, and their household income must be up to 500% of the Federal Poverty Level, adjusted for household size and cost of living.
