This HealthWell Foundation grant provides financial assistance for prescription drugs and biologics used to treat Mantle Cell Lymphoma, and for Medicare Part B insurance premiums. To qualify, applicants must be treated for Mantle Cell Lymphoma in the United States, have health insurance that covers their medication, and meet an income limit of up to 500% of the Federal Poverty Level, adjusted for household size and cost of living.
