HealthWell Foundation: Tardive Dyskinesia - Medicare Access

The HealthWell: Tardive Dyskinesia - Medicare Access program provides up to $5000 annually in copay and premium reimbursement for Medicare/Medicaid recipients in the US and Puerto Rico. It assists patients with Tardive Dyskinesia in affording necessary medications such as Austedo, Ingrezza, and Botox. The program is needs-based and requires enrollment.

Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of the US or Puerto Rico with Medicare or Medicaid insurance and a diagnosis of Tardive Dyskinesia. Financial need is required, and patients must submit diagnosis verification and insurance documentation within 30 days of application.
