Hereditary Angioedema Financial Assistance Program

The Hereditary Angioedema Financial Assistance Program, offered by The Assistance Fund, provides financial aid for copays, deductibles, coinsurance on FDA-approved treatments, health insurance premiums, and therapy administration. It also covers travel costs, including ground transportation, air travel, meals, and hotel stays, for treatment or specialist visits, as well as disease management costs and genetic testing. To qualify, applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents diagnosed with HAE, have prescription coverage for an FDA-approved treatment, and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size.
