Hereditary Angioedema Financial Assistance Program

The Hereditary Angioedema Financial Assistance Program by The Assistance Fund provides financial aid for U.S. citizens/permanent residents diagnosed with HAE who are prescribed an FDA-approved treatment, have prescription coverage, and meet income criteria. It covers prescription drug costs, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, and travel expenses (ground, air, meals, hotel) to treatment centers or physicians, along with other disease management copayments.
