Lung Cancer Initiative Patient Emergency Fund

The Lung Cancer Initiative Patient Emergency Fund provides financial assistance for healthy food costs, transportation, and other non-medical expenses for lung cancer patients experiencing emergencies. To qualify, applicants must be North Carolina residents currently undergoing lung cancer treatment and may receive one stipend per calendar year.

Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of North or South Carolina and currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer. Eligible patients can apply once every four months to receive a $50.00 gas card to assist with treatment-related travel.
