Lung Cancer Initiative Patient Emergency Fund

The Lung Cancer Initiative Patient Emergency Fund offers financial assistance to North Carolina residents currently undergoing lung cancer treatment. This grant helps cover healthy food costs, transportation, and other non-medical emergency expenses related to a lung cancer diagnosis. Eligible applicants can receive one stipend per calendar year.

Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of North or South Carolina currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer. Eligible individuals can apply every four months to receive a $50.00 gas card to assist with transportation to treatment and clinical trials.
