Multiple Myeloma – Medicare Access - HealthWell Foundation

This grant from the HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance for prescription drug copays or Medicare Part B insurance premiums for patients diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. To qualify, applicants must have Medicare, be receiving treatment in the United States, and have a household income up to 500% of the Federal Poverty Level, adjusted for household size and cost of living. The maximum award level for this fund is $8,000.
