Multiple sclerosis medication copay grant

Eligibility

Applicants must be receiving treatment for multiple sclerosis in the United States and have government-insured health coverage like Medicare or Medicaid. Eligibility also requires a household income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level and a prescription for a medication on the foundation's approved list.
