Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder Financial Assistance Program

This program, sponsored by The Assistance Fund, provides financial assistance for patients diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder. It covers out-of-pocket costs such as prescription drugs, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, and travel expenses including ground transportation, flights, hotel stays, and meals to treatment centers or physician appointments. Eligible patients must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, have an FDA-approved treatment with prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria.

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica and prescribed an FDA-approved treatment. They must also have health insurance with prescription coverage and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income.
