Nivestym Co-pay Assistance

The Nivestym Co-pay Assistance program, offered by Pfizer Oncology Together, helps commercially insured patients cover out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays or coinsurance, for NIVESTYM® treatment. Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 per treatment, with a maximum benefit of $10,000 per calendar year, and there are no income requirements to qualify. This program is not available to patients enrolled in state- or federally funded prescription insurance programs.

Eligibility

Eligible patients must have commercial insurance covering NIVESTYM and cannot be enrolled in government-funded programs like Medicare or Medicaid. There are no income requirements for qualification, but the program excludes cash-paying patients and those in prohibited states.
