Ovarian Cancer – Medicare Access fund

This grant from HealthWell Foundation provides assistance with prescription drug copays or Medicare Part B insurance premiums for patients receiving treatment for ovarian cancer in the United States. Eligible applicants must have Medicare and an income up to 500% of the Federal Poverty Level, adjusted for household size and cost of living. The fund is currently closed to new patients due to lack of sufficient funding.
