Eligibility
Applicants must be receiving treatment for acute myeloid leukemia in the United States and have government-insured health coverage through Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE. Eligibility also requires a household income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level and a prescription for a covered medication.
