Pompe Disease Financial Assistance Program

The Pompe Disease Financial Assistance Program by The Assistance Fund offers grants for out-of-pocket costs related to Pompe disease, including prescription drugs, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, and travel to treatment centers or specialists (ground/air transportation, meals, hotel). Eligible patients must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, diagnosed with Pompe disease, prescribed an FDA-approved treatment, have prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size. The program is currently on a waitlist.
