Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be U.S. residents with a valid prescription for an FDA-approved indication such as ITP, aplastic anemia, or hepatitis C-related thrombocytopenia. Copay cards require commercial insurance, while uninsured or government-insured patients may qualify for separate patient assistance programs or foundation grants.
