Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program

The Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program, offered by Blood Cancer United, provides financial assistance for ground transportation, tolls, gas, parking, car rental, car services/repairs/parts, airfare, baggage fees, lodging, and ambulance services. To qualify, applicants must have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, an income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and reside in the US or its territories.
