Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program

The Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program provides financial assistance for ground transportation, tolls, gas, parking, car rental, car services/repairs/parts, flights, baggage fees, lodging, and ambulance services. Applicants must have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, live in the US or US territories, and have an income at or below 500% of the Federal poverty guidelines.
