The Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program, offered by Blood Cancer United, provides financial assistance for ground transportation, airfare, lodging, and ambulance services. Applicants must have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, live in the US or US territories, and have an income at or below 500% of the Federal poverty guidelines.
