Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program

The Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program, sponsored by Blood Cancer United, provides financial assistance for ground transportation, airfare, lodging, and other travel-related expenses. It is available to applicants with a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis who live in the US or US territories and have an income at or below 500% of the Federal poverty guidelines.
