Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program

The Susan Lang Pay-It-Forward Travel Assistance Program, offered by Blood Cancer United, provides financial assistance for various travel expenses including ground transportation, tolls, gas, parking, car rental, vehicle repairs, airfare, baggage fees, lodging, and ambulance services. Applicants must have a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis, reside in the US or US territories, and have an income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to be eligible.
