The Assistance Fund Cystic Fibrosis Copay Assistance Program

The Assistance Fund Cystic Fibrosis Copay Assistance Program provides financial assistance for out-of-pocket costs, such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance, for prescribed FDA-approved treatments for cystic fibrosis. Eligible patients must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, diagnosed with the disease, prescribed an FDA-approved treatment, have prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria. The program is currently accepting requests to join its enrollment waitlist.
