The Assistance Fund: Gaucher Disease program offers financial assistance for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, health insurance premiums, and incidental medical expenses related to FDA-approved treatments for Gaucher Disease. Eligible patients must be residents of the US or Puerto Rico, have commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and meet financial need criteria. The program supports patients prescribed drugs such as Cerezyme, Vpriv, Zavesca, Elelyso, Cerdelga, and Miglustat, and may also cover off-label drugs.
