The Assistance Fund (TAF)

The Assistance Fund: Neurofibromatosis provides financial support for U.S. and Puerto Rico residents to cover copays, coinsurance, deductibles, health insurance premiums, and other incidental medical expenses related to FDA-approved treatments. Applicants must be commercially insured or have Medicare/Medicaid, meet financial needs criteria, and enroll in the program.

Eligibility

Eligible patients must be residents of the US or Puerto Rico who have commercial or government insurance and meet needs-based financial criteria. The program provides assistance for copays, insurance premiums, and incidental medical expenses for specific FDA-approved treatments.
