The Assistance Fund (TAF) offers financial assistance for patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). This grant covers out-of-pocket costs including prescription drug assistance, health insurance premiums, therapy administration, disease management, and travel expenses such as ground transportation, airfare, meals, and hotel stays to treatment centers or specialists. Eligible patients must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have a PNH diagnosis, be prescribed an FDA-approved treatment with prescription coverage, and meet TAF's financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size.
