The Uveitis Copay Assistance Program, sponsored by The Assistance Fund, provides financial assistance for out-of-pocket costs related to prescribed FDA-approved uveitis treatments, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. To qualify, patients must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents diagnosed with uveitis, prescribed an FDA-approved treatment, have prescription coverage, and meet financial eligibility criteria based on household income and size. The program is currently on a waitlist.
